Sushma Palmer
September 3, 2022
Sushil was a close friend of my late husband Mark Palmer. They worked together from 1964-1966 in New Delhi at the US. Embassy. Despite their different opinions, they became friends. Mark admired Sushil's intelligence, commitment and dedication to causes he believed in. Mark always enjoyed Sushil's company. We were so pleased that Sushil and Sushila decided to move to North America. We met them when they moved to Frederick, MD from Canada but unfortunately lost touch after that.
Dear Sushila, I am so sorry that Sushil passed away. Hope you will contact me at [email protected] as I have no way to find you. Best wishes, Sushma/Pushi

Sushil was a funny, kindhearted and devoted soul. I met him through hosting Big Brothers/Big Sisters events at the Holiday Inn FSK Mall. I soon considered him a friend. Rest in peace Sushil and may god speed comfort to Sushila.

Sushil was my brother-in-law. He was always cheerful and make lot of jokes with me. Last time I met him and my sister Sushila on their front lawn during my short visit to their home. With my failing health I had mentioned them that it would be last time I will be seeing them. Sushil's answer was that they will visit me in California. Which never happened. I also lost my brother Kamalakar this Dec. 14. Hope Sushila will get through her pains and we may see each other some time in near future. Sincerely Arvind

I never had the opportunity to meet you but it sounds as though you did much more good for this world than most of us. May your journey be easy and my your memory bring joy to your family.

To Sushil's family and close friends,
Dayna and I extend our deepest sympathy to you at his death. We knew him as an active member of the Frederick community where we lived for more than 30 years, and especially through the Rotary Club of Frederick. May God grant you peace and comfort. Bert

I am very sorry to hear about Sushil. I used to be a Big Brother and knew and worked with him. He did a lot of good things for the kids over the years working at Big Brothers Big Sisters as the Executive Director.
