Wayne Todd Allen, 52, of Woodford passed away Friday, April 27, 2018 in UVA Hospital. Todd was a member of the Four Season Hunt Club, attended Bethany Baptist Church and was a huge Red Sox fan. He had worked at CVS and Verizon and most recently at VDOT as a traffic signal technician. His father, Wayne Allen, preceded him in death. He is survived by his mother, Alice Allen; his wife, Brenda Allen; his son, Trevor Allen; his step-son, Jake Bowles; his siblings, Trina Tate, Teresa Allen (Richard Laibstain), Earl Sharp and Troy Allen; numerous cousins, aunts and uncles, including Bill Boutchyard, Peggy Hayes and Joanne Blanton and his dog, Molly. The family will receive friends on Monday, April 30 from 6:00 8:00 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church, Woodford. A celebration of Todd's life will follow on Tuesday morning, May 1 at 11:00 a.m. in the church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made for liver transplant research at Charles O. Strickler Transplant Center, Liver Transplant Research c/o Transplant Administrator, P.O.
