David Eugene Cook, 55, of Rhoadesville passed into the gate of Heaven on Sunday, July 10, 2016.
He is survived by his mother, Anita Musante Cook of Fredericksburg; his father, Fred Cook of Ladysmith; sister Kate and husband Mike; brother Tommy and wife Laurie; children Crystal and husband Mark, Forrie, Hunter and Sierra; and his grandchildren, Hallie and Allyson. He is also survived by his constant and loving companion, Katrina Wentling; her children, Ryan, Victoria and Kirstyn; and her grandchildren, Katrina, Devyn, R.J., and Austin.
David loved so well and was so well loved!
The family will hold a memorial service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 13, at Spotswood Baptist Church, Fredericksburg, with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Reverend Jim Stone will officiate the service.
