Deanna Crump Obituary

Deanna Carol Crump passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at her home in Colonial Beach.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rodney Mitchell Crump; and her parents, Joseph and Hattie Berlo.

Deanna was born Aug. 22, 1937, and raised in Alexandria and was a graduate of Mount Vernon High School. She was employed at Burke and Herbert Bank in Old Town Alexandria, where she retired after 44 years.

She is survived by her five children, Vickey Pasquariello (Larry), Mike Crump (Cathy), Thomas Crump (Debbie) and Claudia Moonen all of Northern Virginia and Julie Sanford (Doug) of Colonial Beach; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Patricia Collins (Grey) and Deborah Messen (Urhan); and one brother, Wayne Berlo (Carol).

A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 9, in Mount Comfort Cemetery, Alexandria.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mary Washington Hospice, 5012 Southpoint Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA 22407; or Colonial Beach Baptist Church, Box 27, Colonial Beach, VA 22443.
