James R. Arruda
James Roger Arruda, 77, of Stafford County passed away at his residence Friday, Feb. 25, 2005. He was the husband of Fathelee Belman Arruda for 35 years.
He was a Navy veteran and an aviation electrical engineer.
He was preceded in death by a stepson, Hassan S. Belman Jr.
Along with his wife, James Arruda is survived by two stepdaughters, Libby Belman Abilmona and Elsie Belman, both of Virginia; two sisters, Alice Perry and Helen Emerald, and a brother, George Arruda, all of Providence, R.I.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral was held Sunday, Feb. 27 at 2 p.m. at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Anwar Abilmona, Jamal Terembes, Jason Belman, Ryan Belman, Dr. Faisal Madi and Munir Abilmona.
