Judy Aldridge Obituary

Judy L. Aldridge

Judy L. Aldridge, 63, of Fredericksburg died of pancreatic cancer Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010, at her home. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by friends and family.

Judy was the second youngest of 15 children and has numerous relatives dispersed throughout the country. She was an honorably discharged Army veteran who worked for many years as a management specialist for the USDA.

Most recently, she had worked as a patient registrar at Mary Washington Hospital. Judy will be long remembered for her joyful spirit, abiding faith and strength of character.

Judy will be sorely missed, but her friends and family take comfort in the knowledge that she is now pain-free and resting in the arms of her Lord and Savior.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to either Young Life VA-36, Box 3545, Fredericksburg, Va. 22402, or International Allied Ministries-Starfish, 350 Twin Oaks Drive, Kingston Springs, Tenn. 37082.

Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo. A party in her honor will be held locally at the lake in early spring.

Online guest book is available at covenantfuneral service.com.
