The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Highway, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401 where a memorial service will begin at 3:00 p.m.
