Priscilla Carroll Obituary

Priscilla O. Carroll

Priscilla O. Carroll, 81, of Manchester, N.H., died Monday, Jan. 17, 2005, at Carlyle Place in Bedford, N.H., after a period of failing health.

Born in Haverhill, Mass., on Jan. 14, 1924, she was the daughter of Joseph and Marjorie Cooper Osgood. She resided in Portsmouth, N.H., before moving to Manchester, N.H., in 1968.

She graduated from Haverhill High School, Haverhill, Mass.

Before her retirement, she was a New Hampshire and Vermont service consultant at New England Telephone Co. for 35 years.

Mrs. Carroll was a member of Currier Museum, New Hampshire Historical Society and Fremont Historical Society. She also was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.

She was an avid gardener and enjoyed the outdoors.

Family members include her daughter, Leigh Carroll-Baysden of Fredericksburg; a sister, Eileen Eno of Exeter, N.H.; and several nieces and nephews. She especially loved her grandson, Robert B. Baysden of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

A memorial celebration of her life will be held Saturday, Jan. 22, at 11 a.m. at Connor-Healy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 537 Union St., corner of Concord Street, Manchester, N.H.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, 3550 North Central, Suite 300, Phoenix, Ariz. 85012.
