Thomas Newton Obituary
Thomas L. Newton III
Thomas L. Newton III, 33, of Fredericksburg passed away Sunday, Oct. 24, 2010, at Mary Washington Hospital.
He was a loving son, grandson and father and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Survivors include his father, Thomas L. Newton Jr.; his mother, Cindy Leake Brown and her husband, Scott; his paternal grandmother, Lucille H. Newton; his son, Noah Newton; and his brother, Nathan Keller, all of Fredericksburg.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Madge Leake Apperson.
A service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg, with the Rev. Dennis Newton officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 28 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his name to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Attn: Donor Services, Box 650309, Dallas, Texas 75265-0309.
