William Lee Dabney, 68, of Richmond, died Monday, Nov. 1, 2004. The family will receive friends Nov. 3, 6-8 p.m., at Bliley Funeral Homes' Staples Mill Chapel, 8510 Staples Mill Road in Richmond. Other arrangements are incomplete at this time.

Lee will be greatly missed.Jeff worked and learned alot from Lee at Halls Tire & Auto.Samantha loved playing on the computer with him.he was always in a mood for Solitare and was very good at it....We will miss you Lee...........
