Glenda Burgess Obituary

Mrs. Floyd Ken Burgess nee Glenda Faye Cordle of Allen, Texas passed away on Tuesday, September 16th at the age of 83 years.

Glenda Faye Cordle was born on February 28th, 1942 in Rome, Georgia to Calvin and Margaret Giles Cordle

Glenda married Floyd Ken Burgess on September 1, 1983 in Hampton, Virginia

She is survived by her husband: Floyd Ken Burgess of Allen, Texas

Brother in law and spouse: Rickey and Sharon Burgess of Fredericksburg

Niece and spouse: Marissa and Byron Fisher

Nephews: Cary and Brent Burgess

Great Nieces: Kaelyn Fisher and Remington Rose Burgess

Great Nephews: Joshua and Micah Fisher

Glenda is preceded in death by her parents: Calvin and Margaret Giles Cordle

Stepfather: Robert Hunley, Two Brothers: Sergeant Calvin Cordle and Lee Clifford Cordle.

The family will greet friends on Friday, September 19th from 10:15 to 11 A.M. in the Family Chapel in the Greenwood Cemetery, Fredericksburg with Funeral Service at 11 A.M.

Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery

For those who so desire you may make memorial contributions in her memory to the charity of your choice
