Dearborn Heights - Age 89 September 26, 2018. Born January 11, 1929 in Ste-Monique, Quebec, Canada to Ernest and Diana (Plourde) Marcotte. Beloved husband of the late Rita (nee: Joyal). Loving father of Gregoire (Lynn), Martin (Sandy), Bernard (Becky) and Gerald. Cherished grandfather of Amanda, Michaela and LeAnne. Dearest brother of Adrian (Helene), Germain, Celine (Marcel) Tourigny. Preceded in death by 7 other siblings. Jacques leaves behind many in-laws, nieces and nephews. He worked for Detroit Edison as a journeyman lineman and was a proud 60 years union member with IBEW Local 17. Visitation Friday 3 pm - 8 pm with a 7 pm Scripture Service. Funeral service Saturday 10 am at the John N. Santeiu & Son Fuenral Home, 1139 N. Inkster Rd, Garden City (between Ford Rd. & Cherry Hill). ww.santeiufuneralhome.com
