Jackson Rhied Potter born November 20, 2006, his passing on June 30, 2024 at the age of 17. Born in Fremont, NE and finished his schooling from Fremont High School in December of 2023 and received his diploma in 2024. Jackson was born to Jennifer Black (Potter) and Dale Gore.
Jackson was set to start college this coming fall to become an aviation mechanic at WNCC in Sydney, NE. Jackson graduated almost 2 years early to start his journey in life. Jackson would help anyone who was in need. Jackson was kind, funny, loving and driven. Jackson had many goals in life that he was determined to succeed at.
Jackson is survived by his mom Jennifer Black (Potter) and partner Everett Rains, his father Dale Gore, his siblings Samuel Potter and Addisyn Potter-Carlson, Donna Gore and Lucas Gore, his Grandparents Jo Potter and her partner David Knutson, Mintie Chadwick and Paul Chadwick, his Aunts Cassandra Potter, Laura Potter and fiancé Kevin Johnson, and Jessica (Craig) Miller. His uncles Justin (Holly) Chadwick and Kerry Gore. Jackson had many cousins and other family.
Jackson is preceded in death by his Grandpa George Potter, his second dad Josh Black, his aunt Megan Gore, his uncle Will Chadwick and great uncle John Bivens and his grandfather Jess Young.
Funeral service will be 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont, NE. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Moser's.
Burial will take place at Ridge Cemetery in Fremont.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
