SCOTT MORIN

1952-2017

Scott Morin was born on January 17, 1952 at Bellevue, Nebraska to Joseph and Virginia Frances (Miller) Morin. He died on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 65 years, 5 months, and 1 day.

Scott graduated from Ralston High School and attended the University of Nebraska – Omaha. On February 7, 1998, Scott married Sandra (Sami) Holmes. Their children included Scott, Kelli, John Aaron, Steve and dogs Cooper and Piper. Scott was a DJ playing many clubs. He enjoyed cooking, with his cheesecake being everyone's favorite. Scott raced boats in Minnesota. He enjoyed his time fishing.

He is survived by his wife Sami, children – Scott and wife Jen, Kelli, John, Aaron, Steve, Cooper and Piper, 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and two brothers, Phil and wife Derenda, and Gary.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life with viewing will be Friday, June 23rd, from 4-8 p.m. at the Funeral Home.

Memorials are suggested to the family in lieu of flowers.
