I remember every christmas when i would go visit him and grandma he would be sing Santa Claus is coming to town and slient night. I miss you and love you Grandpa.

Albert, Rose and all of the Cervantes family, it was sad news to hear that "Big" Albert had passed away. He always had a big smile whenever we saw him and he knew how to enjoy life, always dancing at all the parties. He will be missed, but we know he is still dancing up there and watching over Lily and all of his family. Sorry, we could not make it to Fresno and say goodbye. Take comfort that he was a good person with a good heart.

Our sincere condolences to Lily and all of the Cervantes family. God be with each and every one of you as you go through such a great loss of your husband,father,brother&uncle. My brother Richard has fond memories of Albert and Lily. He remembers Albert was a fine man and friend that he worked with for several years.I will always have the fun memorie of getting to jitterbug with Albert on one of his big birthday celebrations! Tom and I were saddened to read of Albert's passing. His smile and sweet nature will remain in our hearts forever.

Hi Lil and family,
I'm Ann, Mary's daughter. Al was such a special person. I remember when I was about 15, wanting to learn how to drive. One Saturday, after work, Al was taking Tom and me home in mother's pickup. I begged him to let me drive. He finally did. The pickup was a four speed on the floor (1939 four speed 3/4 ton Chevy pickup) and wasn't easy to shift. I jerked us around a couple of times trying to shift. He finally said for me to pull over, he was going to drive. He did let me drive again later.
I have several other memories, all very good and very special. We loved Al like he was part of our family.
