HARRIS-THOMAS Funeral Services will be held at 8:00 a.m., Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Bellevue Street Baptist Church, Opelousas, LA, for Mrs. Anna Jean Harris-Thomas, age 63, who entered eternal rest on Monday, April 18, 2011 at her residence in Opelousas. LA. Interment will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery, Metairie, LA. Pastor Robert Dupre, officiating the services. Mourning her departure, yet cherishing her sweet memories: are her two brothers: Clifton Joseph Harris (Bernadine) of Memphis, TN and Rev. Arthur Harris (Ethel) of New Orleans, LA; a sister, Lenell Harris-Gross of Opelousas, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Andrew Thomas, Sr.; her parents: Walter and Mildred Harris; and sister, Iola Harris-Butler.
