Blanche Torosian Obituary
September 17, 1942 - May 16, 2025
Fowler, California - The family of Blanche Torosian is deeply saddened to announce her passing on May 16th, 2025 at the age of 82. She was born on September 17, 1942 in Fresno, California to Haig and Roxie Ermoian. She was the second of three children, and she grew up on the family farm just outside of Fowler, Ca. She would eventually graduate from Fowler High School. Later on in life she would meet and marry he future husband Johnny Torosian and they would have three children together, Michael, Alan, and Jason.
Blanche spent the later years of her life living on the Family Farm in Fowler, Ca, enjoying both family and friends. Blanche was known for her fiery personality, her independence, and her unwavering love for her family. She enjoyed visiting with loved ones, going to the movies, her numerous shopping trips, and celebrating holidays with a strong penchant for Halloween. She was happiest when catching up on the lives of her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents Haig and Roxie Ermoian, and her son Jason Torosian. She is survived by her immediate family, son Michael Torosian and daughter in law Sandra, son Alan Torosian and daughter in law Erika, her daughter in law Leah Torosian, her Grandchildren Ethan Torosian, Elizabeth Torosian, Hannah Martin and her husband Austin, Alex Torosian, Aaron Torosian and his wife Kateri.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. at St Gregory Armenian church, Fowler, Ca. on June 3, 2025. Gravesite services at Fowler Cemetery and Memorial luncheon to follow.
In lieu of Flowers, please make all donations to the St Gregory Church.

My four children, Dennis-Paul, Matthew, DeeDee, and Nick Melkonian join me in sending the family our most sincere sympathy on the loss of Blanche. She was the wonderful school secretary at Lone Star School where my children received their education from K through 8th grade. Blanche was kind and helpful to all the students and the parents, too. She was a beautiful lady inside and out. I was always happy to see her when she came to St. Gregory Church and we would always chat about the kids and Lone Star. I personally will never forget her and I doubt my kids will either. She was special that way. May God rest her soul in peace. May she live on in your fond and cherished memories.
