The Zaninovich Family, Andrew, Stella and Andrea extends their most heartfelt condolences to the Wilhelm family. Mr. Wilhelm was a dedicated educator who made sure his students got experience working on computers when most people had never seen one. Our language, mathematics and arts programs had us as prepared for high school/college and professional experiences as the best of them. Mr. Wilhelm was a Great man. He made our country a better place by empowering children through education. Above and beyond being a fine educator, he clearly cared about his students. If something was bothering them he wanted to help, each and everyone of us. Thank you Mr. Wilhelm! God rest his soul and bless his family. Mrs. Wilhelm, he couldn't have done all that he did without you. Thank you too! Sincerely, Andrea Zaninovich Bland '80

To the wilhelm children,I was in contact with your father for the last few months, and I am so happy we had those few e-mails to share. It was very strange relating to him as an adult but not difficult.I just wanted you to know a little bit about your father that ,maybe you might not have known.I was his student in the middle 1960's.My parents got a divorce, which was not so common.I was having troubles due to all the madness at home.Your father took me into his office to talk with me about it and try to help me in any way he could.with my father gone, and me approaching puberty,he even made sure I was aware of the birds and bees.I was fairly on top of things ,but he did clear up some misconceptions ,i had ---thank goodness...lol!The only time i have ever gone fishing was with your father and another student.i caught the limit too..I just thought you should know that it meant the world to me.He ,even, hired me to help him build on the family room at the house on 20th?--right off girard--It was awesome and after college building materials was my career.I .also want to thank you folks for sharing him with us and your lovely mother too. Sincerely,Kevin E. Geivet

Our greatest condolences from the Rodriguez family. Mr. Wilhelm taught Felicitas, Raul, Yolanda, Norma, Miguel, Gloria and Christina and each one of us grew educationally as well as emotionally. He was an educator and humanitarian. We remember him fondly drinking vanilla milkshakes but telling us to keep it from Mrs. Wilhelm which we did cause we loved him and did not want him to get in trouble with her. He will always have a very special place in each of our hearts as we will always love his memory.

I send my most heartfelt condolenses to all of Mr Wilhelm's family. I was one of his students at Columbine school from 1st grade to 8th grade. I have always kept Mr and Mrs Wilhelm dear in my heart. My most beautiful childhood memories was school because we had the best teachers and wonderful fellow students. Mr Wilhelm always had a saying when something didn't go just right. he would say "well that's the way the cookie crumbles". Mrs Wilhelm always played the piano at our Christmas school functions and Open House. One time we were taken to San Francisco when I was in 7th grade. I remember the girls slept with Mrs Wilhelm in their trailer and the guys had to sleep in tents with Mr Wilhelm and Mr Ritter. The boys were making so much noise that I heard Mr Wilhelm say " You boys quiet down, you are waking up the frogs". All of the Wilhelm children were so blessed to have such magnificent parents. God bless all of you. May Mr and Mrs Wilhelm be together in paradise.

To the children and relatives of Mr. Wilhelm (that's what I knew him as), I have some very fond memories of fishing trips and an open home for us to hang out at. I don't know if it would have made a difference if he knew I was a Dodger fan or not:-) I believe he did.. Mike & I had some good discussions about our team choice differences. I think I learned much of what I know about stream fishing from Mr. Wilhelm. It has been 40 years since I've seen him but I always had fond memories. As an American, an American Legion Rider and a Patriot Guard Rider (both groups that honor our servicemen and deceased veterans), I would like to thank Mr. Wilhelm for his service to our country. I wish I could have done so while he was still with us. God Bless each and every one of you and our prayers are with you at this time.

Dear Kathy, Mike, Cindy, Laura, and families,

I am so sorry for both the losses of your mother and father over this past year. They both meant a lot to me growing up, and were like second parents to me for all the time I spent with your family. I will keep you all close in my thoughts and prayers. May God grant you all comfort in knowing Casper and Pat are now together again in Heaven for all eternity.
