CINDY MARIE SIMMONS

Cindy, age 34, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 15, 2011, at a family reunion near Afton, Wy. Cindy was born in Salt Lake City on January 3, 1977, to David L. and Barbara Fillmore Washburn. She spent most of her life in Fresno and attended Bullard High School. Cindy was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS). She had a giving heart, enjoyed crafts, poetry writing and scrapbooking. She is survived by her son, Tyler Henrickson; her parents of Fresno; siblings, Steffanie Pond and her husband Christian, of Salt Lake City, Lynette Garabedian and her husband Mike and brother, Robert Washburn, all of Fresno; and a nephew and niece, Michael and Savannah Garabedian. A Memorial Service will be held at the LDS Church, 3375 W. Sierra in Fresno on Saturday, August 6, 2011, at 11:00 a.m.
