Emilie Hayden Obituary

Emilie Hayden
November 27, 2022
Fresno, California - Emilie Edna Hayden (née McQuone) died at home on Sunday, November 27, 2022, in Fresno, California at the age of 80.
Emilie is survived by her son, Bryan Fisher, and her daughter Debi Wilshusen (née Fisher); her five grandchildren, Pleshae McNight (with husband Will McNight), Drake Plett, Stephen Fisher, Jonathan Fisher, and Erik Fisher; and her three great-grandchildren, Juliette, Ellis, and Emmiline.
Emilie is preceded in death by her father, Tarney McQuone, her mother, Louise (Bobbie) McQuone, and brother Lewis McQuone.
Emilie was born on November 19, 1942, in Fresno, California.
She graduated from Clovis High School, later earning a business degree from Heald 4 C's Business College, in 1969. Emilie's professional career was in residential construction as a Computer Operator, Bookkeeper, and Office Manager with the Bonadelle family for over 40 years, originally hired by John Bonadelle, Sr. in 1969 and at the launch of De Young Properties in 1974, with Jerry and Paula De Young.
Emilie was involved in many Fresno community clubs over her eight decades of life, including 4H, the Corvette Club, and the Wild HOGS of Fresno motorcycle club, also enjoying clogging (dancing), hot air ballooning, volunteering, and encouraging people.
Her last couple of years were spent as part of the Windham Senior Living Community, where she felt like family with their caring support staff.
Above all, Emilie was a fun-loving, caring, giving woman who loved her family, along with many who considered her as a second mom - there to listen and encourage.
A Celebration of Life is planned on Tuesday, December 27th, 2022 from noon to 2:00 p.m. in Fresno, California, and her final resting place will be next to her parents and brother at the Fresno Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
