Ernest Ted Yezdan

Ernest Ted Yezdan, 86 years of age, was born in Fresno, California. He attended high school there and continued his education at Occidental College before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps and attending Of-ficer's Candidate School at Quantico, Va. at the start of World War II. As a gemologist in San Francisco for 60 years, Ted was well known among the diamond, pearl and jewelry trade through-out the Bay Area and the San Joaquin Valley. Ted was preceded in death by his parents Dickran and Eva; two bro-thers Ara and Cyril; and three sisters, Roxanna Setrakian, Arpa Manis, and Saten Kazanjian. He has many nieces, nephews and friends throughout the country. At Ted's request, no formal service will be held.
