Gilbert will always be in my memories as a good friend, a great foreman, and a pleasure to have known. Working for him on the Corcoran job was some of my best education. I was sad to hear of his passing, and unfortunately was not informed until a few days ago. It was ALWAYS a joy for me when I ran in to him around town, and spent a few moments catching up. He would always take the time to stop and chat. My list of "Gilbert" stories is long, and I recall them often. He definitely made an impact on my life. He will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers go with you and your family.
