Gilbert will always be in my memories as a good friend, a great foreman, and a pleasure to have known. Working for him on the Corcoran job was some of my best education. I was sad to hear of his passing, and unfortunately was not informed until a few days ago. It was ALWAYS a joy for me when I ran in to him around town, and spent a few moments catching up.
