My heart goes out to the family. I grew up next door to the family and have many happy memories such as dancing the Stroll in the back yard. Nellie tried to teach me how to make tortillas. I have lost 2 grown children and I believe love never dies as long as we keep them alive in our hearts and mind.

I grew up next door to Janet, Janet was a couple of years older than me. I remember Janet having this huge smile and laugh. I remember her involved in Marimba and different entertainment. As a little girl I always looked up to her and admired her. She was so outgoing and fun. What a beautiful person Janet was inside and out. Goodbye my friend until we see each other again.

Love, Mona

The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra, Janet truly had that. She was sunshine She shared her lovely smile & infectious laughter everywhere she went. She had a way of always making you feel special.
