JOSEPHINE SANCHES Obituary

Josephine Sanches was born on June 29, 1918. Her parents were Frank and Josephine Cavataio. She passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016. Josephine loved to be around her family and was loved by all her friends and neighbors. She enjoyed gardening and cooking, and especially loved her Fresno State Bulldogs. The family would like to thank the staff at the California Armenian Home for all their support and great care they gave to our mom. Josephine is preceeded in death by her husband Manny; four sisters; and four brothers. Josephine is survived by her brother, Mike Cavataio; her daughter, Rosemarie Papazian and husband Richard; brother, Ronald Sanches; six grandchildren, Shannon, Shawn, Joey, Ronald Jr., Stacey and Kristi; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Thursday, February 18, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 1525 East Saginaw Way, Fresno, California (559)227-4048
