KENNETH GIBBS

Kenneth L. Gibbs, age 61, from Fresno, joined the Angels in Heaven on Sunday, November 3, 2013. Kenneth L. Gibbs was born, January 13, 1952, in Monterey, Ca. Kenneth was a hardworking man who lived life to the fullest. He loved nothing more than traveling with his beautiful wife as well as spending time with his family. Kenneth was very proud to have accomplished holding multiple World Championships in the National Drag Boat Association driving "Heatwave 1". Kenneth was greatly loved and will be missed by all. He was preceded in death by his father, Royce Gibbs. He is survived by his mother, Marie Gibbs; his wife, MaryAnn Gibbs; his sister, and brother-in-law, Darlene and Roy Goodwin; his daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Jeff Lahodny; his daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and Jimmy Leal; his daughter and son-in-law, Melinda and Mike Maldonado; his daughter and son-in-law, Alicia and Jonathan Garcia; his six beautiful grandchildren, Clayton, Claire, Kasey James, Peyton, Hudson, and Maeson; and nephews, Darren and Duane Goodwin. A Viewing will be held at Creighton Memorial Chapel in Kingsburg, on Friday, November 8, 2013, beginning at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. He will be laid to rest at Kingsburg Cemetery following the service.
