Kevin Cosgrove Obituary
Kevin passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 21, 2008, in an unfortunate car accident. Kevin was born on July 25, 1979, in Waterbury, Connecticut.
He was full of life and humor, and loved having a great time with his friends. He was a free spirit that lived each day to the fullest. He worked for Pacific Coast Electric Co. as an electrician for several years. Kevin was surrounded by family and friends that loved him dearly and will miss him more than he will ever know.
Kevin is survived by his father, Daniel; mother, Debbie; two younger sis-ters, Kelly and Katie; many loving family mem-bers, and huge circle of friends.
Visitation will be held at Farewell Funeral Service on Tuesday, May 27, 2008, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Clovis on Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. FAREWELL 660 West Locust Fresno, Ca. (559)440-0484 www.farewell.com

I can't believe it's almost been a year since Kevin left us. I lost my sister pretty unexpectedly to a sudden illness in March 08 and I know that no matter how much time passes by, it still doesn't seem real. I also know that the memories that we have keep our loved ones alive in our hearts. Kevin will be forever missed but remembered with a smile.

I return to this site often to reread all the warm thoughts and comforting words. Kevin would be honored to know how loved he was. I miss him everyday and will always charish the memories.

Although it has been many years, I have very fond memories of Kevin, and have thought of him often. He was the only boy to ever teach me any kind of trick on a skateboard. He was a beautiful spirit, and had such a wonderful smile to match his enormous personality. My thoughts are with your family Kevin. You're right up the street from me, we'll have some visits...

My thoughts and prayers go out to Kevin's family and many friends for I know this is a most difficult time for you and for everyone who loved Kevin. May his spirit live on forever in our memories of him. My memories of Kevin are of fun times, laughter, and of a guy who really knew how to enjoy life. Though we will all miss Kevin dearly, we all know that there is a lot more laughter up in Heaven now that he is there. We will meet again one day and once again share laughs and good times.

I will miss you Kevin!! Havent seen u in awhile but you were always on my mind and in my heart. I will never forget all the hilarious times we shared at The Fish Bowl. To the friends and family of Kevin Cosgrove. We havent seen him in several years, but our memory of Kevin was nothing but wonderful. He was a fun loving, kind hearted,energetic guy. Who had the biggest heart. As a kid I played with his sisters and as an adult he befriended me.Our hearts go out to the Cosgrove Family.Christina Litster (hankins) and Karli Bodine (calvillo)...I to lost my mother to a car accident this last year, I know first hand how you are all feeling. and My heart breaks for you. I miss you so much. Not a day goes by when I haven't thought of someting funny you said or did to make me laugh. You were so good at it! You had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone that asked. You always had the biggest smile on your face and were always happy. If you were ever hurting, nobody knew. It was always "Show Time" with Big Kev.You brought so much joy to everyone's life's. I was so lucky to have been your friend and be a part of your life. I will cherish every Memory I have of you and You will forever be in my heart.

Dan, Deb, Katie, Kelly & Steve,
You brothers and sisters are in California now, lean on them and let them give you whatever you need to get through this tragedy. We are very greatful that we had the opportunity to share time with Kevin last September. He had a huge impact on my boys, especailly "small Kevin."
