Larry Donaldson Obituary
January 30, 1941 - May 2, 2022
Clovis, California - Larry Donaldson passed away peacefully at his home in Fresno on May 2, 2022 at age 81 after a brief battle with cancer. He was surrounded by loved ones and hosted well wishers in the week preceding his passing. He was passionate about his work as Legal Advisor to the Fresno Police Department, his church community and those lucky enough to be called family and friends. He is survived by his children, grandchildren and his great-grandson. He will be profoundly missed. A service will be held in his honor at CrossCity Church in Fresno on June 17 at 2:00.

It was a real privilege to work as secretary to Larry when he had his office in the FPD original HQ in the 1980´s. He was a brilliant and intuitive advocate for the department and its personnel, was always kind and had a toughness of mind that was respected by all. Condolences to his family.

Can´t even say how important Larry was to me as a FPD sergeant. I could count on him at ANY time to be available to answer any question. What I miss is just those in counters in the field or HQ where we could just visit.
