PATRICIA "Pat" LEWIS

Patricia "Pat" Lewis passed away on June 4, 2015, at her home in Gilbert, AZ. She was born on October 8, 1948, in Ogden, UT, to LaMoine and Ethel (Tanner) Lewis. Pat graduated Ben Lomond High and attended Weber College before becoming employed with the Internal Revenue Service. Her position there took her to Fresno and San Francisco, CA areas. She received many honors during her career with the IRS. After retirement from the IRS, she owned her own tax preparation firm in Clovis, CA, retiring in 2013, at which time she moved to Gilbert. She never lost track of her sense of fun even though plagued by physical hardships throughout her life. She raised Arabian horses, bungee jumped, completed a tandem skydive, river rafted, rode zip lines, wave riders, and was always looking for more adventures. Pat is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sister, Judi McNally and her husband Mike; nephew, David Chatlin of Salt Lake City, UT; niece, Holly Lake and her husband Brian of Gilbert, AZ; her grandnephews, Austin Chatlin, and Court Lake; and four grandnieces, Chloe Chatlin, Phoebe, Mallory, and Emma Lake, all of whom she adored. A brief Graveside Service will be held in her honor at Aultorest Memorial Park, 836- 36th Street, Ogden, UT, on Friday, July 17, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. Cremation Service by the Neptune Society.
