Fresno, California - Phuong was born in Saigon, Vietnam. He passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age 50 in Fresno, CA. He attended school in Fresno, CA. He was working toward BS in Computer Science. He was a man of courage and caring. He was always ready for a fun day with family and friends.
He is survived by his parents, sisters, brother, nephews, nieces as well as many relatives and lifelong friends.
Funeral Service will be held at WHITEHURST SULLIVAN BURNS & BLAIR FUNERAL HOME MONDAY, JANUARY 16, 2023 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
