Robert Wunderlich, age 69, was a United States Air Force Veteran. He worked his whole life in the medical field as a lab technologist supervisor in Fresno and Madera counties.
He built and resided in an Italian themed villa in north Fresno where he prepared many gourmet meals. His life consisted of many adventures and travels, along with being a wonderful uncle, cousin and brother to so many. Over the last eight years, he had to slow down due to back and neck injuries, but through it all, he kept his sense of humor and was a joy to friends and family. He knew his Savior and is now catching up with his family and friends in Heaven.
Bob is survived by his sisters, Carol Reeves and Kathy Bailey, and their spouses; his auntie, Virginia LaFranchi; along with many others, too numerous to mention.
A Viewing will be held at Clovis Funeral Chapel on November 9, 2018, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Bob, you were such a great neighbor boy to us as kids. You were the oldest, and craziest! We all had such a wonderful childhood. I was so happy that our families continued as "family" for the last 50 something years. I'm glad you believed, so that you will be with your Mom and Dad, Kenny, Schnitzel, and all your other family. Rest in Peace! And know that you'll always be remembered.

Was sad to read of Bob's passing. I worked with Bob at the Valley Medical Center Laboratory back in 1976-77 on PMs. We had a great, fun group and Bob was always full of happiness. My sincere condolences to Bob's family. Janice Vagim
