To the Lawanson family -

My heart grieves for the loss of your father. Growing up I remember spending nearly every summer day and most weekends at the Lawanson household playing with Joseph and Sammy. I was always made to feel welcome in your home and I count those memories as some of my most cherished. I hope that you are able to find comfort with one another through this difficult time. My thoughts are with you all.

Dear Lawanson Family,

From my first day at work until the last, Sammy was a joy and happy person who I am glad to have known. With his joyful smile and keen sense of humor, Sammy was a wonderful man to work with. I will miss you my "Brother", May our Lord keep you close to Him and may He spread hope and joy to your loved ones.

Dear Lawanson Family -

I have very special memories of your husband and dad from the days of playing football with Joseph in Clovis. Mr. Lawanson was always encouraging, enthusiastic, and smiling. I respected him very much, not only for who he was as a person, but because of the outstanding family that he raised. I am encouraged to know that he is now home with the Father. God Bless.
