Stephen Jameson Obituary

Chandler, Texas - Stephen Leo Jameson, beloved husband of Nancy Jameson, passed away on June 7, 2023 at the age of 66 in Tyler, Texas. He was born on November 15, 1956, in Tucson, Arizona. Stephen is survived by his loving wife, Nancy, and three children, Stephanie Howard, Nick Jameson, and Daniel Jameson. He was a proud grandfather to Kadie, Austin, Wyatt, Sheldon, Easton, Tobias and Tucker.
Stephen was preceded in death by his father, Leo Young Jameson Jr. He attended Central High School in Fresno, California, where he completed his education.
He dedicated his career to natural gas and oil pipeline constructions, operations, repairs, replacements, erosion control, management industry, working at TransCanada/TcEnergy and Pacific Gas & Electric. In his spare time, Stephen enjoyed welding, operating heavy equipment, and lending a helping hand to those in need.
He was a man of faith and found solace in worship at Soma Church in Tyler, TX; Calvary Worship Center, Peoples Church, Bethel Temple, and West McKinley Assembly of God in Fresno, CA.
A Celebration of Life in loving memory of Stephen Leo Jameson will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 11:00 AM. The service and luncheon will take place at New Hope Community Church, located at 4620 Nees Ave, Clovis, California 93611
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests charitable donations.
A check can be made out to Central High FFA. In memo line please designate Jameson Welding Scholarship.
Contributions can be mailed to Central High School, 2045 N Dickenson Ave, Fresno, CA 93723.
Stephen Leo Jameson will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
