Loved Tom, so sorry to hear the sad news. Will always remember working with him at Fresno County. He was so good at what he did, and was always a breath of fresh air when he made his 'rounds' to talk to everyone about what was going on. :) He is still missed here at work, and will always be remembered as quite the character. Am imagining him at the beach sunning himself in heaven.
