TOM WAS A VERY FAIR MINDED AND THOUGHTFUL PERSON. HE WAS WELL LIKED AMONG HIS EMPLOYEES. HE WAS A HARD WORKING MAN WITH A VISION OF WHAT HE WANTED. VERY DEDICATED AND A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR. HE WILL BE MISSED MUCH.
