My Sweetie,
I will always have you in my heart. I will miss sitting with you on the bench in the front yard looking at the garden and I have the pictures of the fall trees that you ask me to take. I will miss the stories of your past and of your family history. I will miss seeing you walking around in the paring lot in front of Express Steak even in the cold with your heavy coat and toboggan on. I will be lonesome at family events because it was always me and you together while everyone else did their thing. I wanted to see you and say goodbye, but you were far away, and it wasn’t meant to be. I thought the last time we were together just before you left to return to your homeland that I may never see you again. I hope you heard the message that I sent to you that I will see you again someday and that I love you. Until then I will miss being your caregiver, daughter-in-law and friend. I love you. Jan Ghazal
