Dora Martin Obituary
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010, at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Roger White officiating. Burial will be in Painter Cemetery. W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel, Rainsville, is in charge.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda and Floyd Landrum, Gadsden, and Donna Kay, Gadsden; stepdaughter, Vinga Lee Martin, Texas; sons, Jimmy and Jenny Kay, Gadsden, and Neal and Tabitha Martin, Gadsden; stepson, Phillip Martin, Texas; sisters, Martha Jo Adkins, Dawson, and Shelba Jean Roberts, Dawson; six grandchildren, Jeremy (Joyce) Landrum, Justin Kay, Jason (Jenifer) Landrum, Jonathon Martin, Josh (Shasha) Kay and Jamie Martin; two stepgranddaughters, Lacey Wallace and Anna Baker; and two great-grandchildren, Trace Landrum and Owen Landrum.
Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Martin. She was a member of James Memorial Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday.

I have known Ella Martin for a few years now & I can honestly say that I liked her a lot. She was a very kind & loving woman. She was very talented & crafty. She will be missed by a lot of people including me. My heart goes out to this family. May God be with you during these hard times.
