Joyce Bellew Obituary
Mrs. Bellew was a longtime member of East Gadsden Baptist Church and retired from Gadsden Regional Home Health Care. She was a 1964 graduate of Gadsden High School and later attended Jacksonville State University. She lived to serve; she loved helping people. She was past president of East Gadsden Midget Football League.
She was preceded in death by parents, William and Ruth Gregory; and brother, Don Gregory.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Billy Bellew; sons, Greg and Jeff; and daughter, Bethany Bellew; grandchildren, Randi, Hunter and Will.
Pallbearers will be James Griffith, Edward Hamilton, Keith Clark, Mike Richards, Chris Richards and Kenny Womack.
Honorary pallbearers are Randall Baker, best friends Linda Smith, Paulette Self, the Huntleys and Maxine Smith.
Special thanks to third-floor CCU at Riverview Regional Medical Center and Drs. Patel, Ware and Korn. Thank you CCU nurses for your personal touch.
Visitation will be today at the funeral home from 1 to 3 p.m.

Bill, So sorry for the loss of Joyce. Bill I don't guess you will remember me. I worked at General Times with Joyce on second shilt as we were inspecters. It was Joyce, myself Carolyn. Sue Kennedy,and Pat Enterkin. We all had a Christmas party down at the Skyline club. I think it was the year 68 or 69. Then we went back to yours & Joyce's house in East Gadsden for breakfast. It has been many,many years since i've seen Joyce. I was shocked to see her obit in the paper. Didn't know it in time to visit. Just want you and your children to know I'm so sorry and may God be with all of you and give you peace.

Jeff and Family:
I am so sorry for your loss. No matter how long we have with a loved one, it seems never to be enough. The love that your family had for Mrs. Bellew is overwhelmingly apparent. And I know that she knew how much and can still see the love you have for her. Enjoy all the wonderful memories that she has given you. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To all of you i am so sorry for this great loss. Beth you are my friend and i cant express enough how very sorry i am for you at this time. Your mom was a wonderful lady and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. We as Christians know that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. No more pain or suffering ms joyce.
