Thomas "Tommy" Bellew

Mr. Thomas "Tommy" Watson Bellew, age 83, passed away January 23, 2026. He was born August 24, 1942 in Carrollton, GA to the late Benjamin Henry Franklin Bellew and Bessie Holmes Bellew. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Beason Bellew; daughter, Lanoy Bellew Watts; and sisters, Evie Bellew Vancuron, Bessie Davis, and Annie Ruth Bellew.

Tommy is survived by his daughters and sons in law, Rebecca and Ronald Vaughn, of Tallapoosa, GA, Melissa and James Headrick, of Cedartown, GA; and Rachel Bellew, of Hoopeston, IL; sons, Mark Bellew and Timothy Bellew, both of Bremen, GA; and ten grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 3:00PM at Pine Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Donald Leggett officiating. Music will be provided by Amy Cordell. Gentlemen serving as pallbearers will be James Headrick, Ronald Vaughn, Jakob Moilanen, Jessie Vaughn, Chase Dycus, and Clay Watts. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Pine Grove Church on Thursday beginning at 2:00PM.
