Robert Leonard "Lynn" Bickerstaff

Funeral will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Morgan Funeral Chapel for Robert "Lynn" Leonard Bickerstaff, 67, Rainbow City, who died Saturday, June 15, 2013. Pastors Todd and Lorie Walker will officiate. On-site cremation provided by Morgan Funeral Chapel and Crematory.
Mr. Bickerstaff was a member of Daystar Christian Center and was owner of Bickerstaff Paint and Body Shop before retiring. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and Alabama, "ROLL TIDE." He was a great husband, dad and PawPaw and will be dearly missed. Mr. Bickerstaff was preceded in death by his parents, Otha and Margaret (Bradley) Bickerstaff; grandparents, Robert and Artie Bickerstaff and Leonard and Mary Bradley; sisters, Elizabeth "Libby" Bickerstaff and Mary Ann Bickerstaff; brother, Charles Bickerstaff.
Survivors are his wife, Brenda (Battles) Bickerstaff, Rainbow City; mother-in-law, Thelma Beason; momma, Robbie (Bickerstaff) Harper, Boaz; daughter, Debbie Bickerstaff, Walnut Grove; stepdaughters, Kristy Wood and Heather Crawford, both of Rainbow City; son, Jeff (Karen) Bickerstaff, Tenn.; grandchildren, Stanley Snyder, Huntsville, Heath (Angel) Bickerstaff, Texas, Kyle (Ashley) Bickerstaff, Tennessee, Gregory (Samantha) Hopkins, Rainbow City, Madison Crawford, Steele; great-grandchildren, Neeley Bickerstaff, Texas, Maddox Bickerstaff, Tennessee, Jaxton Bickerstaff, Tennessee, little boy on the way, Tennessee, Jaxon Hopkins, Rainbow City; sister, Patricia Moore; sister-in-law, Pam (Danny) Abercrombie; brothers, Harold (Debra) Bickerstaff, Alton (Shelby) Bickerstaff; brother-in-law, Carlton Walker; his special pet, Axle; a host of nieces and nephews.
Potted plants will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Daystar Christian Center.
Honorary pallbearers are Gerald Watwood, Joe Nix, Larry, Terry and Gary Murray, Ray Elrod, Lawley Hospice, Wendy, Glenda, Tammy and Barbie.
Visitation is from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday at Morgan Funeral Chapel.
