Susan Lively Obituary

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Ashville Church of God for Mrs. Susan Dianne Densmore Lively, 53, Ashville, who passed away Monday, July 14, 2008. The Revs. Richard Ashley and Bobby Crock will officiate. Burial will be at Union Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Lively was a native and lifelong resident of St. Clair County. She was a member of Ashville Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Rose Mary Densmore; and daughter, Rhonda Kay Martin.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry W. Lively; daughter, Amy (Jeremy) McSweeney, Ashville; stepdaughters, Angie (Darrell) Kyle and Tina Smith; grandchildren, Christian Bryant and Alissa McSweeney; step-granddaughters, Savannah, Sydney and Shelby McSweeney; brothers, Doug Densmore and Larry Densmore; sisters, Veronda Vaughn, Regina Lesley, Tracy Brooks, Rose Marie Reed and Loretta Strickland; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Honorary pallbearers wil be nurses and staff at Affinity Hospice and church family from Ashville Church of God.

The family will receive friends after 5 tonight at the church.
