Brian Davis Obituary
Blacksburg, S.C. - Brian Edward Davis, 54, of 232 Porter Road, Blacksburg, SC, went home to be with the Lord, February 9, 2018, at CHC-Cleveland in Shelby, NC. He is the son of Hazel Mode Davis of the home and the late Claude Edward Davis. He was a graduate of Blacksburg High School. He loved his computer, the Atlanta Braves, the Carolina Panthers and the Green Bay Packers.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother - Dennis Davis of Blacksburg; and aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his Dad, he is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents - Corbett and Frances Mode; his paternal grandparents - William Clyde and Carrie Starnes Davis; an uncle - W. C. Davis; and two aunts - Doris Ham and Julie Maness.
The family will receive friends Monday, February 12, 2018, from 6-8 p.m., at White Columns Funeral Service. A Celebration Of Life Service will be held Tuesday, February 13, 2018, 2 p.m., at Hopewell Baptist Church, with Rev. Eddie Bolin officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. At other times, the family will be at the home.
Family members will serve as pallbearers.
