BLACKSBURG - Carl Ray Breakfield, 52, 116 Jordan Lane, Blacksburg, died unexpectedly July 31, 2017, at Mary Black - Gaffney. He is the husband of Kelley Hamrick Breakfield of the home and son of the late Charles and Ruth Ann Law Breakfield. He worked in the construction industry. Carl was a jokester who was generous and loving. He loved his family, hunting and fishing.
In addition to his wife, Kelley, he is survived by three daughters - Angel Breakfield of Blacksburg, Jacyln Breakfield of the home and Annie London Breakfield of the home; one sister - Hannah Pittman of Knoxville, TN; and two brothers - Nathan Breakfield of Blacksburg and Kenny Breakfield of Hagerstown, Md. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister - Anna Breakfield.
A Celebration Of Life Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 5, 2017, at 4 p.m. at Mission Of Grace, 616 N. Limestone St., Gaffney, with Rev. Mike Frada officiating. The family will receive friends after the service. At other times, they will be at their respective homes.
