Michael Thompson Obituary
Michael Watkins Thompson, age 71, 0f 601 W. Floyd Baker Blvd, Gaffney, passed away at his residence.
He was born in Philadelphia, PA, and was a son of the late John and Gwendolyn Watkins Thomspon.
Michael was a graduate of Grantz High School in Philadelphia, and a former employee of Amtrak.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by: a brother, John Thompson, Jr.; a sister, Hildred Thompson Freeman;
Surviving are: a sister, Elizabeth J. Thompson, of Philadelphia; several nieces and nephews, including: Tonya Thompson Howard (Gabriel), of McDonough, GA), Reginald Thompson, of Inman, SC, and Taj Thompson of Stockbridge GA, all raised in the home, John Dennis and Twanda Campbell, both of Philadelphia; other relatives and friends.
