Gaffney, S.C. - Rickey Dale Bostic, 70, of 503 S. Johnson Street, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at his residence.
Born in Gaffney, he was the husband of Linda Mabry Bostic and son of the late W. B. Bostic and Mary Gossett Bostic. He was a graduate of Gaffney High School, retired from UPS after 35 years of service, and was a very active member of Central Baptist Church where he served in the Children's Ministries and Mission projects.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Patty Millen and husband Barry of Gaffney; a sister, Rita Patterson of Gaffney; four grandchildren, Will Millen, Hunter Millen, Cade Jackson and Dawson Jackson. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Kay Lipscomb.
The family will receive friends from 3 until 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at Central Baptist Church. Funeral services will immediately follow at 4 p.m. at the Church with Rev. Johnny Bridges and Rev. Jason Patterson officiating. Interment will be 10 a.m. on Monday, May 22, 2017 in Frederick Memorial Gardens with Reverend Duck McAbee officiating.

The family will be at the residence, 503 S. Johnson Street, Gaffney.
