Adrian Stacy Obituary

Adrian Lloyd Stacy

Gainesville - His Life Story…….Adrian Lloyd Stacy, ("Ace")…..was born on April 14, 1981, in Gainesville, Florida, to the Late Barbara Ann Stacy and Robert Vinson, Sr. He attended Gainesville High School, in Gainesville, FL.

Adrian, was employed with the City of Gainesville Recreation and Parks, until his health began to fail. After feeling somewhat better, he joined the staff of the Veteran Administration with Veteran Affairs until his demise. He was a die- hard fan of those Seminoles. All he seen and cared about was Florida State University Football Team, whether they lose or win. Adrian loved himself some ~FSU~. Gold and Garnet was his favorite colors, of course. He enjoyed spending quality time with his daughters and his family, particularly, his loving granny, Mary Helen.

On Tuesday, August 10, 2021, God saw him struggling and took him by the hand and softly whispered in his ear, "Peace be Thine", and he entered into eternal life.

Adrian leaves to mourn but, cherish his memories: two daughters, Ta'Liya Adrianna Stacy Gainesville, Fl, and Lydia Marie Grandberry, Jacksonville, Fl; A very loving and caring grandmother, Mary H. Stacy Gainesville, Fl; five sisters: Stacy Dennard Blackett (Roderick) Tampa, Fl, Gail P. Risby, Hartford, Ct; Julie A. Vinson Johnson (Bernard) Hawthorne, Fl; Robin Y. Vinson-Brown, Gainesville, Fl; and Katia B. Vinson, Gainesville, Fl; four brothers: Dimitri L. Stacy, Gainesville, Fl; Michael Patrick, Cleveland, Ohio; Willie Williams (Cynthia), Gainesville, Fl; and Robert James Vinson, Jr. (Carla) Newberry, Fl; three aunts: Yvonne D. Stacy-Rollins (Johnny), Marjorie A. Stacy and Shirley V. Lloyd, all of Gainesville, Fl; four uncles: Ronnie Stacy (Tammy), Steve Stacy both of Gainesville, Fla; Reggie Stacy, Bronson, Fl; and Alfred Vinson (Sheryll) Milton, Fl.; two very special nephews, Wyndell Brown and Dimitri Stacy Jr.; and a host very loving and caring, great aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.
