Billie Harrison Obituary

HARRISON, BILLIE R.

Billie R. Harrison, age 82 of Hawthorne, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011 in Bradenton, Florida. She was born October 2, 1928 in Pounding Mill, Virginia to Henry Seymore and Arminda Josie White Ringstaff. She was the secretary at Hawthorne Baptist Church for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude B. Harrison in 1980 and stepson, Roy Albert Harrison.

She is survived by her brothers, Paul E. Ringstaff (Trudale) of North Tazewell, VA and Harry Ringstaff (Ella) of Abingdon, VA; nephew, Paul E. Ringstaff (Pat) of Bradenton, FL; stepdaughter, Geneva Crouse of Marion, VA; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and loving nieces and nephews.

A Private Graveside Service was held at Hawthorne Cemetery.
