ELINOR KELLY Obituary
Elinor B. Kelly, 89, entered into the joy of her Lord Friday, Feb 3rd 2017. She was born in Toledo, Ohio to William A. and Leah C. Brumm.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas W. Kelly. She is survived by her son Richard N. Kelly (Virginia) and her daughter Patricia L. Mezo (Ray) and 9 grandkids. Elinor graduated from Wittenberg College with a degree in Music Education.
She taught elementary education in Miami at Cutler Ridge Elementary from '63-'81. She loved various craft projects, fishing, singing in her church choir. She also played the organ. She was a member of Westside Baptist Church until moving to Jacksonville in 2013. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Holiday Hill Baptist Church, Jacksonville FL, to Alzheimer's research, or a place of your choice.

Patti, Richard & all the family, I pray God will grant you peace, comfort, and strength. I know you loved Elinor dearly and will miss her. Praise God she is now with Jesus and I'm sure singing beautiful praises. Momma Elinor had a strong faith in God and I am so greatful that I had the privilege of being her friend. Love in Christ, Edna

To Patty and family. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Ms. Kelly. She was a wonderful neighbor who I loved to pieces! Take comfort in knowing that our Lord God is too wise and too just to make a mistake. She is at rest.
