Dearest Uncle Ray, Aunt Betty, Mac, Coleman and family - Know that you are in our prayers. Among the memories of Kandi I will always have is the summer I learned to water-ski. Kandi pulled me and Susan all over Cowpen Lake behind that old red & white boat. Think of her and remember the smiles, the laughter, and the love. May God give you peace.

Ms. Kandi, You were one of the "special" ones! You touched so many, and brightened so many and put this first. I hope that we can all learn a little from you and make this world a better place. My prayers are with your family and I hope it gives them some comfort to know just how many people you touched deeply by your "special" touch. My heart is sad today but Kandi I will always remember you and try to be the shining light to others as you always were. Dr. B sure has lost an angel.... Carole Branca

Kandi, I am so honored to have been able to be a part of your life. I want to thank you for helping me and my family through hard times when my grandmother was sick. Also for calming my nerves with my last tough pregnancy. You always had your way of picking someone's spirits up when they were down. You will be truly missed.

I remember the fun times we had as kids with our "animal hospital" and the back porch productions we put on for our adoring fans...Our parents. Even though it has been years since we have seen each other it is clear to see that you still had your loving heart. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy...Kandi was a ray of sunshine to all of us who knew her....every time I see a star now, it will remind me of her.
