Pat, Mike, and the boys were our backyard neighbors in Homestead, Florida. Our "over the fence" chats while watching the kids run around always left me laughing. As a then young mother of two girls, I could rely on her for words of wit and wisdom. She was a warm and generous soul, and my heart goes out to Mike, Danny, Jamie, and Tommy. You will all be in my prayers.

Teaching school has not been the same since Pat retired. We had so many experiences together...Kansas City, writing grants, teaching reading, checking out the hamburgers every place we went and of course completing the puzzle out of the newspaper. I know the last few years were especially difficult but she still cherished each of them. Her boys are settled and her grandkids made every day a delight. I know I will always remember her, especially on St. Patrick's Day. She was a very special friend. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

It's so cliche, but sorry for your loss. She was like a mother to me as a child. I will always remember her listening to Billy Joel on the stereo with Top Gun playing on the television while us rug rats ran all around the house and yard without a care in the world...she is a wonderful woman. Even though I haven't see her in decades I know she was special to me becuase it truely hurts to hear she has passed. My condolensces to the entire family.

Inspiration, laughter, joy, friendship, love and relentless endurance are just a few of the words that describe my dear girlfriend. In her too short life she taught so much more than elementary school - the examples she gave to all of us through her positive outlook, her warm and beautiful smile, her infectious laughter and her loving heart have always brought so much encouragement and joy to us all. She will truly be missed but will forever be imprinted on my heart.
My deepest sympathy to the Clifford family and to all of us who have suffered this great loss.

To a most wonderful person who brought immense joy to my life growing up with Dan & Jamie. I will never forget the many laughs we shared, the great tuna fish sandwiches you would make for all the boys while we swam all day in the Florida heat, the long soccer trips you braved with us, and the Halloween parties you would have for all of us as kids. In every way, your generosity and kindness will always be remembered. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Clifford family, and hope you all know that you will always have a friend thinking of you here in California.

I love this pic of Pat, and that's how I always think of her...grinning, laughing, telling jokes and happy. A remarkably strong, classy lady who never complained and has always been surrounded with a wonderfully loving family and more friends than the average person. She was way above average and will be missed and loved forever as she looks down from heaven on us all. The stories are so many and bring joy to my heart. Much love, hugs and kisses to you all. You have my heartfelt condolences for your loss. Although I only met your mom once, I could tell she was a special woman and understood why you always spoke so fondly and warmly of her in just that brief encounter. Our time on this earth may be short, but our influence and memories left behind are endless – God spede Cliffords

Peachy had a special gift of laughter and love. Peach always had a positive out look, it never rained the sun was always shining. When she laughed it always reminded me of my Dad and Aunt Jo, whose laughter was also infectious. I know that the St. Patricks Day Party began in Heaven with Aunt Mog's rendition of "Danny Boy" and I'm sure still a little off key. Peach even sang a little off key as memory serves me. All these memories will make us laugh, think of "Peach" and sing off key right along with her. Our love to Mike, her " three special boys", her "daughters" that she waited a long time for and her grandchildren.
Our love to you all, Jackie and Ken

Peach...I'll never forget when Pat told us the story about how all her relatives called her Peach. We knew her as Pat at Laura Saunders Elementary, but I think Peach is more fitting.
I am, and was always inspired by Pat's ability to face and deal with all of the challenges she faced. I will miss her laugh, her positive outlook on EVERYTHING, her smile, and her gracious, warm, caring, and beautiful heart!
Pat (Peach!) , you have touched SO many people. You will be loved and missed forever.
Love always,
Greg

Peachy taught us all the most valuable lesson in life - Enjoy each day no matter what and love one another unconditionally. No time for nonsense -just a hearty laugh and a beautiful smile. Imagine Aunt Win and all the Aunts, Uncles and family greeting her in heaven. What a party they must be having, and she is dancing! Our love and sympathy to her most devoted Husband Mike and her special, loving Sons, their wives and children.
Love you all, Susan and David

Peach made the world better by just being here. We had so many good times with of all of you. I hope your memories will get you through the tough times. I think Peach created infectious laughter. I loved to be around her and listen to her tell stories.
I don't know if you remember but it was during one of your trips to HH when you introduced me to country music. We were at the cookout at the Hilton and the song "I've Got Friends in Low Places" came on and your whole family just belted it out in harmony ;). From then on I was hooked.
But we will forever remember her love for St. Patrick's Day. She leaves us with her usual poignant sense of humor as we celebrate her life wearing green.
Love to all,
Olivia Kelly
